Q: When will my candles hit the road?

A: We ship within 2 working days via Royal Mail. Small parcels usually arrive in 2–4 days (UK). You’ll get a tracking link once it’s on its way — think of it as your candle’s travel montage.

Returns

Q: Not your vibe? Here’s how to send it back.

A: Changed your mind? No problem. You’ve got 14 days to let us know and return it (unused, unlit). We’ll refund you once it’s safely home — minus shipping. Easy, no hard feelings.

Candle Care

Q: How do I make my candle last longer than a teen rom-com?

A: Trim your wick to 5mm before lighting, burn for 2–4 hours at a time, and keep it away from draughts. That’s the candle-care trilogy right there.

Safety

Q: How do I keep the candle burning drama away?

A: Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep out of reach of kids/pets, and don’t burn near flammable things. Basically: treat your candle like a campfire, but indoors.
